Raymond Animal Hospital is known for its skilled, professional, and caring staff. The vet, Dr. Sarah Henry, is friendly, informative, and genuinely cares about the animals. Many pet owners appreciate her reasonable approach to care and her honesty, ensuring they never feel pressured into unnecessary services. The staff is attentive and thorough, making it a reliable choice for pet care. However, some visitors have noted that certain staff members may be apprehensive around excited pets. Overall, Raymond Animal Hospital is highly recommended for its quality service, and many clients express their intention to continue bringing their pets there for years to come, despite the higher prices.
Brought a cat in that is 20 or so years old, he isnt friendly with strangers. The staff there were gentle and patient taking care of him. They gave him a treat and gave him the exam taking time to let him calm down if he got scared. They answered all my questions and even gave me recommendations for a boarding place to take him when i go on vacation.
I just brought my persian senior kitty in to address her issue which turned out to be fleas and my cat has issues with other ppl besides my dad and I and they were so good and patient with her even tho she was not being very polite to them...everyone in that office were so nice I will always bring her to that establishment if she has any other concerns...thank u all staff for being so kind to my Chloe she means the world to me
Today was my first experience at Raymond Animal Hospital. The experience couldn't have been better! From the welcoming when first arriving, to the vet tech, to the doctor. My new puppy, Walter, loves it there and he'll be back for some more cheese...and vaccines! I'm happy to have such a wonderful place for my new puppy. Thank you!
