Melora and the team here are truly, very sweet and try very hard to accommodate all customers, in spite of unfortunate staffing numbers. This, obviously, cannot be attributed to them or Supercuts - it's just where we are these days. No matter how daunting the circumstances may be, however, the staff you see at this location are friendly, engaging, and all about their customers. You most assuredly get quality, in spite of quantity. They deserve every star.

I’ve been going here for a couple of years. Melora cut my hair today and it’s one of the best haircuts I’ve had in a long time. Although they were extremely busy she took her time and I did not feel rushed at all. I will definitely be coming back to her!

I had a wonderful experience at Supercuts this week! Melora was patient with my hesitancy on a haircut after some recent stylists did not meet my expectations. We did a dye job and then at the end she checked in to see if I was willing to try the cut. I was!! I went for it & am SO happy I did. Not a east request (asymmetrical lob) & she absolutely gave me the best haircut I've had in my life. Was so worth all the bad experiences (higher$$ salons couldn't even deliver!) Thank you Melora!
