I’ve been going to Miss Kim at Roots Deep Boutique Salon since I was in high school and haven’t let ANYONE touch my hair since. I’ve been going blonde since 2016 and Kim knows exactly what she’s doing. I mean I’ve truly had too many people stop me to take a 360 picture of my balayage so they can show their own hairdresser. A huge part of my great experiences here at Roots Deep Boutique Salon is the warmth and transparency you receive as a customer. You want to bleach your whole head? Because these women care about you and want to give you the best end result, they will let you know if your end goal for the appointment is realistic. Dry, sad, brittle hair? Kim wouldn’t dare ruin my hair with lots of bleach it can’t handle. They truly care about preserving the beautiful hair you have, whatever you want to do with it! In terms of our current climate - this is the perfect salon to go to if you are worried about COVID-19 exposure. I couldn’t feel more safe while coming here - procedures are in place for customer’s safety and there are only 2 seats in the entire salon. Feanne was amazing! She took her time and really treated my hair. I couldn't be happier! Very knowledgeable and just all around great person. Will definitely have all of my hair business from here on out.
