The best! We have a long history of issues with our Samsung mini splits. And just switched to Pettigrew. Outstanding, honest, accurate estimates and wonderful service. Keeps us informed of all the issues and has many back up strategies in place including the Samsung rep. So glad we switched to Pettigrew l. Tice is great, professional and explains all and a pet person... which is important to our Ragdoll.
