I like this place and have been 3 times, but my most recent massage was absolute trash. The other times were great. If I could rate my most recent massage, I'd have given it a 0 - that said, just do your research, read some reviews, but I cannot recommend a single person to visit my most recent masseuse.

Been an Elements member since 2019. I have been to multiple locations owned by the same franchise owners of the Portsmouth location and been very happy, they are consistent with their quality across their locations. The Portsmouth location is very clean, has friendly front desk staff and great therapists. I do love the ease of scheduling via phone or online and the text reminders that allow you to cancel if you need. I also love that the front desk staff are so knowledgeable about the therapists on staff and can match up a customer’s needs to the right therapist.

Would have def give this a 5 star - my masseuse Emily ? Was wonderful - but... when I confirmed appointment specifically asked for deep tissue and Emily was only light pressure- blame front desk
