Dr Ward was very helpful in examining my tooth and explaining the treatment options. He also referred me to an endodontist. This was my first visit to Dr Ward. I was impressed by his thoughtfulness and care.
This was my first visit with Dr. Ward and it was a bit unusual as the concern was more about an issue of my mouth than teeth. I found him, in his explanations, to be patient and thorough.
The dental hygienist, Jen, made me feel comfortable right away. She explained everything clearly and offered suggestions which were excellent. The dentist came in to review my chart and my mouth. He had a kind, gentle manner. He made me feel safe and comfortable right away. Also, he immediately got me a contact for an oral surgeon. Thank you to both of you. I have been a patient of Dr. McArdle for a very long time because of his clear communication and his gentle approach. I was not sure what to expect but all my fears were assuaged. Cindy
