Patrick was great at initial meeting, also when I called back w a couple of non critical concerns
My only issue is that he gave me a direct number that I had to sit through a phone tree. Not his fault, but really?
I was a new customer of Apria, and it took 3 tries to get the correct mask. However, the customer service people were quick to try to rectify the error. I expect that there will be no further problems with supplies.
All my interactions thus far have been via phone. They have returned every message I've left in a timely manner. Questions were answered completely. The person/persons on the other end of the phone have been extremely kind, courteous and polite. My experience with Apria, Portsmouth NH location has been outstanding.
