Ainsley is great! She is very thorough and answered all my questions / concerns with ease. I did not feel rushed and appreciated the time she spent with me. She offered suggestions about things that could ease my discomfort. Ainsley is very professional and a wonderful asset to Access Sports Medicine! The front desk person was very sweet and although she was the only one working the front desk, she was very kind to everyone and was managing the busy waiting room wonderfully all by herself! Ainsley was very informative, thorough, and on target with her assessment of what was going on with me. I’m on the road to recovery and would highly recommend her to family and friends.
I was very pleased with Ainsley. She was very knowledgeable and explained what was going on with my knee so I would understand! She also gave me several options for treatment and explained what they all entailed!
