James Dorr the owner of OnSite Computer Services dropped everything to help me. He knew I was upset and that I need my phone for business. James kicked butt for me! He did what Samsung and Verizon couldn't do. First he operated on my old cell phone like a doctor to try to get the screen to work. (It looked like he was playing "Operation"). After all that, the screen still wouldn't work. He didn't give up. James switched the sim cards which kind of seemed like another operation within itself.
