She was professional but in an unfriendly way. I felt like when she spoke to me it was as if I was “stupid” because I didn’t know things about tax laws. When I went in to get a copy of my taxes it was a hassle for her, had to wait a few days and pay quite a large copy fee jot just a few dollars. Used 1 yr did not go back.

Diane Rhode filed a extension with the IRS for my tax return because she could not finish it on time. She gave no excuse or apology and as a result of her incompetence, there are penalties now due for filing and paying quarterly late. Diane would not return calls or offer explanations.
