In consulting with Paul DeBow and describing my pest challenges, he honestly referred me to another pest control firm as he determined that my problem was with mice and could better be handled by another.

Paul was genuinely a professional and nice person to deal with. We had a bird get stuck in our chimney. He set traps and left them overnight, came back the next day for retrieval. And before he left he added mesh guards to our stacks so this wouldn't happen again. Highly recommend. Thank you Paul!

This guy was so thorough. Worth every penny. He came back several times until our issue was solved. Now, no more scratching noises all night long. Thank you so much. No poison, no traps. No critters!
