I don't even feel like words are really necessary lol. I'm just bummed I had to pay someone at another salon to fix this monstrosity.

I went to Paula,s because the reviews were good. I went in at noon or so and there was nobody there. I thought that was strange. I had a pedi/mani. I was looking around as my feet were soaking and noticed the other tubs. Looked dirty. The chairs were all worn and torn. The stations were dirty. Dust etc. she cut my skin underneath my toe. (I hope I don't get an infection.} i gave it 3 stars because my toes were painted nice. My hands which I got a dip. Some of the tips were crooked. whatever she did which I noticed after, there not smooth. There mistakes all over the place. It looks terrible on most my nails. Was looking for a new salon and stumbled across Paula's. She was very attentive to my concerns correcting a bad acrylic job I got elsewhere. Removed my old nails and applied new ones. I'm very picky about my nails and these came out great. She even gave me a thank you gift when I left. I'm very happy and will be returning!
