We had Dan Dunn replace an older furnace and hot water heater I. our home with a combi boiler. The experience was tremendous! Pricing was extremely competitive, the customer service was stellar and it felt good working with a small family run business. We actually had a small leak about six months after install at one of the connectors and they came right out an replaced it with no charge. There was a bit of a challenge working through getting the hot water back on due to the reset thought we were going to wait a day or so for them to come back out and diagnose, but Bill on a Friday night called me after he determined what I needed to do and it worked. That is the type of customer service I want to work with. Highly recomme d this family owned and operated business. Thank you Dan and team!
