Sage Wellness is not only locally owned and licensed but they are also very accommodating for a busy schedule. I have recommended their service to a number of people to include veterans for Community Care. The facilities are also clean and well maintained and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable right down to the temperature of the room and heated massage table.

Extremely professional Beautiful massage suite Relaxing, clean atmosphere Himalayan Salt massage was wonderful!! Especially in the winter! Medical Professionals take note… not only do you need this treatment- you deserve it!

Just had a wonderful trigger point massage from the owner Deb to work on my neck and shoulder area. Highly recommend Sage if you’re looking for a clean, relaxed and personal experience. The menu has several options for different types of massages and lengths of time I highly recommend Deb at Sage Wellness and will be scheduling my next massage soon.

Deb is a 2002 graduate of North Eastern Institute of Whole Health School of Massage Therapy in Manchester, NH passing her classes, National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and NH Licensing Exam with high marks. With over 1,000 scholastic hours and counting, Deb has taken classes such as Trigger Point Therapy, Low Back Pain, Neck Pain & Headaches, Ethics, Fibromyalgia, Hot Stone massage, Raindrop technique and more over the past 18 years. Currently, Deb is studying to become a Certified Clinical Aromatherapy Practitioner through an intense program at Concord Hospital. Deb is committed to her clients well being and educates them on self care techniques including stretching, self massage and ice & heat application.
