BodyWorks at Depot Square
“I had a phenomenal time at the Defying Gravity class with Meredith and the other ladies! You can tell the environment is welcoming and supportive. I received helpful, encouraging feedback throughout the entire class and felt comfortable with every exercise. The workout was low impact, and the stretching felt amazing. I’ll definitely be going back anytime I can!”
