Josh inspected our home and answered our follow up questions promptly. The only issue with the inspection was a dryer outlet that was not inspected, though it did exist prior to the inspection. We felt that this aspect would have given us the peace of mind we need to step into the new home without worrying whether the dryer would work right away.
Dan did a very thorough inspection and provided a detailed, easy-to-follow report with plenty of photos and explanations. I really appreciated that he identified the important concerns while also putting the smaller maintenance items into context. The report gave us a much better understanding of the home and what we should pay attention to moving forward. Dan was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly took the time to look things over carefully. I would definitely recommend Norway Hill Home Inspections.
Carl was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was polite and friendly as he welcomed any questions we may have. He was thorough and explained any major issues along the way in great detail. He completed the inspection report in a very timely manner keeping our time constraints in mind which was very much appreciated. We are entirely pleased with the process and the expertise provided from Carl. We will recommend this company our friends and family for years to come! Thank you!
