Jon came though when my sump pump unexpectedly failed. Had water everywhere.
He installed a better quality sump pump as soon as possible, then returned a few weeks later to update it with new piping and a check valve. Great, professional, friendly service for a fair price.
While turning the water on at our summer place, got no water. Called John and 2 hours later he arrived with everything needed to diagnose a dead pump and replace it. He also showed me a problem with the water tank, which he will take care of in a couple days. Very pleasant interaction, and professional work.

He came out to take a look on his way to another appt and came back the next day to pull the pump. It turned out to be a broken wire down by the pump. I am so grateful and relieved!
