Matt and Katie have seen us 4x in the last 5 years. Each time they have been excellent.Matt walked me thru the process each time taking all the pressure off of me. Matt and Katie let my family grieve our way(a little humor). when my step father passed suddenly a funeral home in Concord refused my mom due to his weight. Matt and his team assured us it was no issue and handled all requests for his services wonderfully. My father has just passed recently wanting no services just cremation. Matt and Katie still went above and beyond for us. At Roan I've always been treated like family.

Matt and his wife are amazing. I’ve only had Matt for both close family members and he was extremely kindhearted and caring plus helping is in extreme difficulties of losing very close friends loved ones love ones. They’re wonderful people and we are so blessed to have them to be there for everyone of us feeling overwhelmed in these times. Bless Matt, his wife and children.
