“Disabled friendly. Ramps, assistance with getting in and out of pedicure chairs, preferred sitting ( best to let them know when booking appointment). They were very gentle and patient with my slow movement.
I am newly disabled from an auto immune reaction to Flu A. I had been a loyal customer to a high end spa down town since 2019. When I finally received medical clearance to return, they required a doctors note first. My doctor saw right through that one and said that they don’t want you there anymore. I am on a walker and bloated from the steroids needed to save my life and no longer fit the image of their typical client. What they don’t realize that this can happen to anyone. I’m so glad that my home care nurse referred me to Serendipity because the services are much better at a fraction of the price of my previous spa. I highly recommend Serendipity!“
