I recently had a massage with Marta. She listened to my concerns of where my pain was, mindful of my requests, and has the softest hands. She was able to release the pain in my upper back and neck and I feel so much better. I haven't had a migraine since my massage! Prior to seeing Marta, I had a migraine for 3 days in a row. I will definitely be back to Moon River!
Moon River is exactly what I was looking for in a yoga studio. The instructors are amazing and I always leave the studio feeling relaxed. The heated yoga floor is a plus too on these cold days.
I have had the opportunity to work with Gregory. He is fairly new to moon river but I have to say with truth and honesty he is outstanding. He listens without distraction to what your needs are, and puts attention to small details into the work that he does. He checks in with you and gives you reassurance throughout the session that if you need anything to not be uncomfortable to let him know so he can make sure that your massage session is to the highest standards of comfort and care.
