Ryan the new owner is very good but he takes on more work than he can service.The first 4 rooms were done in 1 day and on time. He installed them personally.Second section hotel hallways and stairs we're not done on the day that was planned. And took 4 days leaving a mess on the way to hotel rooms. His installers were not very friendly at all and damaged my wall.
Dave knows a ton about flooring. He doesn't try to "sell" you anything. He helped me weigh the pro's and con's of each material choice while ultimately leaving the decision up to me. Also, I shopped several other flooring dealers before finding out about Wilder Flooring via one of the manufacturers reps. The prices here are the most competitive I've found even with installation included. This would be the first place I seek out in the future for any other flooring needs and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
