I had an emergency situation today and needed help with my furnace. I called around but only reached unhappy, overworked HVAC guys. 😆 Then I called Hydro Air, and my day turned around!! Jen was super bubbly and happy to try and help me. She sent a sales tech out within the hour, and he was awesome!!! He, too, was happy to help, knowledgeable and confident he could get this done for me. He left promising to call back within an hour with an update, and he did just that! They exceeded my expectations, and while we have to wait for parts to arrive for them to do the work, I know the install will go smoothly.
