Great home inspection. This is the 4th house we've purchased and by far the best home inspection. Prompt responses to emails, extremely thorough (but not alarmist) inspection report, and a very quick turnaround to see the report. Dickie even offered to chat with me on the phone after the inspection for additional insights. The 3D pictures of every room in the house is a feature that I've never seen before but found invaluable.
