Mike just left and I felt compelled to give him a well-deserved review right away. He had all the characteristics of the best service professional you could ask for: 1. Polite 2. Extremely knowledgable 3. Patient with me when I asked a bunch of questions 4. Humble enough to not want to be a repeated saving grace (he was willing to teach me a bit about the issue so that I can fix it if it comes up again) 5. VERY reasonably priced 6. Tidy 7. Fast! 8. My washer stopped working and Mike was able to fit me in the same day I called to take a look. He ordered a part and it came in and he had it installed 2 days later. So just 2 days later and I have a working washer! Mike was very accommodating and quick and got the job done and the cost of everything was very affordable.
