My Fujitsu ductless air conditioner failed at the worst time - a 3 day heat wave. I'm impressed with the care and consideration I received, right from the start of the technician's first visit analyzing the problem to then sourcing a new unit and then to the installation of the new unit on a Saturday. The technician carefully explained what he was going to do, what he had then done and what the results were: needed to order new parts before it could be fixed. Before leaving, he asked if there was anything that he could do for me: install a window fan, help with windows, whatever. What a remarkably nice guy!
