Had to pick up flowers at an unusual time to avoid going back and forth a bunch and the owner was EXTREMELY accommodating and friendly with my request and didn't charge me extra. The flowers were also beautiful too and lasted for far longer than I would have expected. Would buy from Petal Patch again in a heartbeat.

Donna went above and beyond for me. I ordered flowers from SKC Floral Design in Claremont NH. They were not delivered when they said they would be. I got in touch with the owner after a couple attempts and was told the website hours were incorrect and my flowers couldn't be delivered until the next day if I wanted to keep my order. I agreed and they were to be delivered the next day. They were not. So on the 3rd day I attempted to reach out again, no answer. The website says they were affiliated with Petal Patch. First consultation for our wedding next September and I was in love with what we came up with!! Took photos with my inspiration and what I saw in my head and they made it come to life in less than an hour. Knew exactly the vision of my simple and unique options! Can’t wait to continue working with them!
