I wanted to share with you and with the community how truly wonderful my recent experience was at New England Beauty and Wellness getting a very pampering facial by Anica, nearly two weeks ago. (I wanted to wait to see how my skin responded in order to write an accurate review) For those who don’t know her, Anica is an incredibly gifted artist with both a paint brush on canvas, and a makeup brush on a model’s face, so it came as no surprise at all that her sharp eye and technique would be as meticulous working as an esthetician. Her soft voice and gentle touch create an incredibly calming experience. You might even fall in love with her infectious laugh and kind smile. Before I get carried away telling the world what a remarkable person she is, let me get straight to the point of this review, my stunningly beautiful complexion as a result of her services. That’s right. I’m not holding back. Sure, it seems cliché to say that my skin is absolutely glowing, but it just is. It’s undeniably bright and dewy. My tone and texture are noticeably smoother and clearer. My cheekbones are more pronounced, and my jawline is visibly tighter. You know that thing we do? Where we pull on our temples to see what we’d look like if our skin was just a little bit tighter? (don’t lie to yourselves. We ALL do it) Yeah. I’m not doing that right now. I’m living it. Simply put, there is no reality in which visiting Anica regularly does not become a major part of my beauty routine. Ladies – Do yourselves a favor and leave a little bit early to sit in that Tucker’s parking lot to pick up the kiddos and treat yourself to a facial with Anica. After all, don’t we deserve to look and feel pampered and our absolute best.
