Went here while staying at the hotel and the staff were great. The pool and spa are older but well kept. It was one of the best facials I’ve had. I would definitely return if I ever visit again.
Nice hotel with a super comfortable bed. The front desk was however a disaster. I contacted them about multiple things and they were not knowledgeable or responsive.
The spa could use a refresh.
I was there a few days ago (Sept.) and this seems to be a busy time for conferences.
Alyssa was amazing! Had a wonderful hydra-facial done by her. She was super friendly and informative and gentile. She did an excellent job. I left with my skin glowing and super smooth. I am also doing their new salt spa tomorrow. I highly recommend her and this spa. Was an amazing experience. Will be a returning customer.. thank you!
