Let me say Rocco made myself and my husband feel so very comfortable about the process. Rocco also had my dad there being annoying right by his side the entire time (man was I sweaty and embarrassed ??) and Rocco never got irritated! He answered any questions we had and with a smile on his face. There were no such thing as “stupid questions”. He even promised me a “monster inspection” to make sure my kiddos didn’t have monsters in their room. As promised I had it in my report and my heart melted.

Our experience with Rocco as our home inspector was thorough and educational. As first time home buyers he walked us through all the necessary maintenance/cleaning tips and answered every question we had. I would highly recommend his professional services to first time home buyers.
