They were amazing in helping take care of everything with my dad. From the moment they stepped foot in our home to get him, until even after his services. I don’t want to have to do business again with them (I don’t want to lose anyone else) but if I do I know they they will be there, super helpful and comforting every step of the way. Thank you Chelsea and everyone else for making things go so smoothly. You all are amazing ❤️

The people were so kind to me and my family when we had my late husband’s wake 5 years ago accommodating me with a chair close to his casket since I don’t have the ability to stand. And I thought it was so thoughtful to include a memorial necklace to wear included in the cost of the funeral. I chose a sky blue one containing some of my Stanley’s ashes since he was cremated and we chose a beautiful blue and silver urn together since it was 2 years before he died. His wake was very special showing photos on a white screen of his life and my son Michael and daughter in law Jenn chose The Beach Boys and The Beatles as the background music since he loved them. Other members of the Chmielecki family have also been waked there . Also my stepdad and friend had their wakes there !
Thank you Megan and Phaneuf for helping us lay my mother to rest with dignity, kindness and respect. You and the staff were incredibly kind. At no point did they try to upsell or make things difficult in regards to options or choices. In fact, Megan went out of her way to let my family and I know how much they cared for us and showed great compassion for what we were going through. She mapped out multiple options and took the time to explain things. This has been the most difficult time in my life and the compassion they showed us and respect they showed my mother will never be forgotten. Thank you Megan and Phaneuf.
