Edward arrived promptly on time, was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed my dead a/c quickly and I decided it would be cost-prohibitive to repair and will arrange for a replacement unit instead. Give Edward a pat on the back for doing his job well and being a total professional.
