One of the ladies who works there was actually so nice. She asked what I was looking for and I told her just trying to find a price for a mascara and we talked and I told her what I liked in a mascara and she recommended one for me that’s top rated rigtt by now and only a dollar more. She was so sweet and showed off the colors.
Got my brows done by Simmy at the Benefit beauty counter inside Ulta today. Love how my brows turned out, and the service felt like a mini spa day. She also applied an under eye mask & clay mask on my nose. She was very knowledgeable about the different products Ulta carries, and recommended a few products to enhance my skin care routine. Highly recommend her & will be coming back!!
I love this store and have always had a great experience here. I have found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, and their warm attitudes make me feel welcome. At the same time, they aren't pushy, and they don't act disappointed when I don't buy anything, which is so nice. There is such a vast and varied array of products here; I feel like I could find almost anything. The sunny atmosphere is uplifting, and I still feel like I haven't explored the entire selection of the store. It's also never overly crowded, so it feels quiet, spacious, and comfortable. I think Ulta will always be one of my favorite stores!
