Called in advance re needing to get a new battery (my phone battery was draining very quickly) and a new glass and frame, which they had in stock. Because I use my phone for work, Hope gave me the best times to come to minimize wait time, which gratefully did. They were absolute life savers! I had my phone screen glitching out so bad I couldnt even sign into it. With my phone insurance #, Danny was able to help me out even during a super busy day and get it serviced, fixed and back to me within a few hours. Absolute Gentleman 10/10 recommend
I didn't go into the store because they didn't have the parts for my phone but Hope was SUPER helpful over the phone, very knowledgeable and was completely on the ball; quite the difference to my poor experience with David at the Natick store yesterday!
