Excellent…all the way around. I was able to get into the office quickly. I was in the waiting room only a few moments before my appointment. There was no wait time for the doctor to come in. X-ray were taken on site within minutes. They were reviewed immediately in a diagnosis delivered. My entire visit was excellent.
This was my first time meeting Dr Strapko. I found him very friendly and very clear on what he thought my issue was, sent me for an X-ray to confirm and he was correct. He gave me the corticosteroid shot and I have to say he didn’t cause any pain doing it. That night, After the shot, was a different story as I was in so much pain but I know this can happen. Dr Strapko was very clear on what I should do after the shot and for the next several weeks to several months to help with the pain. I walked out of there feeling we got to the point of why I went in and a solution too.
Dr. Strapko is one of my favorites at NH Orthopedic. He is kind and very thorough. Most importantly he listens to my questions and makes sure I understand all my options and then we decide together what is the best way to proceed. I highly recommend Dr. Strapko and in fact the entire practice to anyone who is in need of orthopedic care.
