The most unprofessional and inadequate operation in medical advice. Think seriously before contacting this organization. This post may last but a few days. There is a habit of negative postings just disappear.

This office needs to attend Customer Service training, you call to ask a question about information you receive from the doctor, they "try" to put you on hold, disconnect you and never call back even after realizing their mistake. The attitude from the staff (Chris) is unacceptable! So glad they called me to do a survey shortly after this experience.

Except one or two most of the doctors are reluctant to even check the patient. Mostly they recommend to go to emergency without a second thought. You don't even call here, you can go to ER directly for non- emergency issues. I never seen this low of doctor's quality. Looks to me this place is marketing place for St. Jospeh hospital. You will end up spending so much money for even a small issue. Avoid this facility.
