I just had my first eye surgery for cataracts. It was very smooth and successful. They have a system and they are very capable. They are also used to people who are nervous and have compassion for us chickens. It's been two days and things are going well. Recommended.
I agree that one of the staff, a tech who did my prep for my follow up next day visit was surprisingly rude. Was not at all like the others.
I recently had two cataract surgeries by Dr. Desai. She did an excellent job. I can't say enough about the team at Novamed and Nashua Eye Associates. I felt very well cared for. They were all very professional and caring to a nervous old guy. I highly recommend Dr. Desai. and the whole staff.
