Excellent, excellent, excellent.The team here is very patient and very, very, gentle. I simply can not recommend them enough. They walk you through everything, they make sure you understand, and take the time to answer any questions you may have.This is the best dental experience I've ever had. Period.

My son and I have been going here to Dr Krothapalli’s dental office for many years . The staff are all wonderful, caring , compassionate. They listen to all of your concerns. Very clean dentist office . I highly recommend this dentist office.

We were underwhelmed with the large practice (that used to be more personal & accommodating but now pushes mouth guards at $450 and other services incisively to help pay the rent...) that we went to for a long time after they decided to be unhelpful over a billing issue that they caused. Thus, we set out on the arduous process to look for a new dentist.Finding a dentist with enough reviews is difficult as is reading through each review to find the "real" reviews from "real" people. Fortunately, we were able to determine that Krothapalli seemed to check the boxes.The process to switch was painless so I encourage those who feel like they are a number in the waiting room...read full review
