The HVAC system replacement with Joyce couldn’t have been better. Our technicians, Benjamin P., Josh Z., Andres C., and Stephen J. were an excellent team, and they worked through the unique issues they encountered with care, installing a new system that operates as well as we’d hoped. They arrived both days at the earliest time expected, and ensured that the house had heat before they left on day one. They were terrific. Patrick, clearly the lead, was great to work with. He gave me a daily update and answered any questions that I had. The other guys were great as well. Installation appears first rate, and my basement is cleaner than before the started. Patrick took the time to explain how to use and program the thermostats. Overall, very pleased
They did a great job. Have a nice heat in my house even though the heater they ordered was wrong. They took care of it the same day and got a better heater. Have nothing bad to say about these guys. They are top-notch.
