I started with Aaron 3 years ago when I retired. Aaron has helped improve my quality of life and exercise since retirement. I came to Fitness by Design as a lifelong competitive athlete. Within the first session, Aaron identified areas of tightness and compensation. The training was tailored to what I needed to reach my goals and the progress was evident. I learned a lot and I am even able to get more out of my solo workouts.
