Noel from Drain Medic did some work on my house recently, investigating what was causing blockages in my drains in the backyard and bathroom. Shelly was awesome! I own one out of a 4 unit town house in Merrimack and my tenants were getting water leaking/ flooding the basement when they did laundry. She came out yesterday and realized she would need more time, so she said she wouldn’t charge until the problem was completely fixed ( which really isn’t heard of, most times to get charged for someone just to take a look). She came back this morning and was able to clear the laundry line that was backed up 60ft from my unit. If you want someone who will get the job done and is fast at responding and great at communicating, you can’t go wrong with her and her business. She was recommended to me by another plumber who also has great reviews from clients and he said he uses her business on jobs as well. Thank you Shelly!
