I see the Nurse Practitioner for my annual skin checks and she's great about checking all of the miles I have concerns with and answers all my millions of questions, she's great. I've gone to Dr Frank for Botox and he's good about not over doing it unlike the dermatologist I had in the past. It can take a while to make an appointment which is typical of any specialist but you won't be waiting long when you go in for your appointment. I have a history of melanoma in my family so I have been to many dermatologists in my years but I'll stick with them.

My dermatologist in Keene referred me to a surgeon in Keene. My wait time for the consultation was 4 months. The surgery would have been scheduled 4 or 5 months later. I contacted Dr. Frank's office. They were booking the consultation in two weeks and the surgery three weeks after that. It was important to get the job done ASAP, so I booked. I have no regrets. The stiches come out tomorrow. The whole experience was tons better than I had anticipated. The staff is efficient making sure the I's are dotted and the Ts are crossed. I would highly recommend this office!!
