The entire staff is very friendly and caring starting with Linda in the front office. Rebecca, PA, identifies any skin issues I may present to her. Her wealth of knowledge is quite impressive! She provides a comfort level and keeps a continuous open dialogue with me. Her calm manner eases all my worries . She and Dr. Frank are a good team.
The nurses — France and Sharon— make me feel at ease and explain any at home requirements.
Any procedures are thoroughly explained, treatment options are discussed and responses to all my questions are clearly communicated.
