This place was great! Professional, friendly and fair proces. Tried a load of other places trying to get a spare key for my car, all of them tried to charge me for an emergency key, but I wasn't locked out and I just wanted a spare!

I was having an issue with the keypad on my safe. Doug came out within a couple days of contact. He was very neat and professional. Within minutes the safe was opened. He replaced the keypad. I reprogrammed the combination and tried it several times to make sure. I couldn't be happier with their service and the people. Highly recommended. Five stars all the way.
Just moved to New Hampshire from Texas and the combination to one of my guns safes was lost in the move. Bill, and I believe his name was Doug (don't quote me I could be wrong, I am horrible with names) were absolutely fantastic! They were able to get me scheduled to get my gun safe opened and operational again extremely fast! The professionalism, courtesy, knowledge and downright kindness were amazing!
