He offered to come to my Massachusetts location or I could bring my car to his NH shop. I brought my car to his place and he took it from there. John worked hard to get my car as clean and shiny as it could possibly be-- and I am messy. He worked methodically and thoroughly, and did a little extra, beyond what I could afford, and that hooked me. That kind of service will bring me back.
