This was my first class at Scissorgy. The space is welcoming and spacious. Felicia drew me in right away with her smile and warm energy. I took the Chakra Balance Flow class with Felicia which was like a slow flow infused with breath work, mindful movements and subtle body energy. Great class. I’ll definitely come back!
I signed up with Felicia for the 4week wellness coaching. First of all, she’s an amazing person, teacher, friend…well, just a wonderful human! She has helped me learn how to eat a cleaner, more balanced diet (that’s also delicious), focus on myself and being positive in my relationship with my health and my journey, and has somehow managed to help me learn to enjoy exercising along the way! She had her work cut out for her, believe me! After just 4 weeks I’m sleeping great, have more energy, actually want to exercise, enjoy planning and making meals (and my husband is loving them too!), have stopped feeling bloated and achy, and have lost weight.
