Despite having a super busy weekend the first weekend I wanted to meet she still made time. Her team spent almost a full day doing a deep clean of our condo and the place sparkled after (I appreciate how they pay attention to even the smallest details and not just the quick easy items)! She was super responsive leading up to the cleaning, throughout the cleaning she checked in and never made assumptions - which I found so respectful and courteous!
