Nick came to my condo and I explained my problem with no hot water. He checked out my hot water tank and said the pilot light was out on my propane hot water tank. No unusual event for this to happen. He said if it happens again, might be time for a new tank. I mentioned I would like to switch over to an electric tank when the time comes to replace it. Nick took the time to give me estimates on replacing either with a propane and an electric tank. Always great service with these guys!
