The service is always great but I have never been seen on time here. I called at 9:30 they told me to come in at 11 I did not get seen until 11:30. Previous I called days in advance for my daughter and I to get pedicures only to be seen 40 minutes later. As a busy mom when you call to make appointments on your day off you do not want to continually be seen late as you have errands etc. It clearly isn’t just me either as I overheard another customer today complaining she had an appointment at 11 and it was now 12:30. Very disappointing. Will most likely start going elsewhere as I am never seen on time.

My nails were short, jagged and my cuticles were all chewed up. They were a mess.! I decided to treat myself for my birthday and made an appointment with Chris. I had gone to polished nails once before for just a manicure with my natural nails..He did a dip and i have Never done that before! He made my ugly nails look so beautiful and sparklyy. I was so happy I actually cried! Thank you so much. I will be back!...xo

Rocky is one of the best! Manicure (dip) lasts and looks amazing! He is gentle and a perfectionist. I also had a gel pedicure that looks terrific. He’s so gentle I hardly knew I was having a pedicure…..so relaxing!
