I entered sporting a pandemic mop over 2 years in the making, and left clean, cropped, and about half a pound lighter. The hairdresser was professional, quick, didn't go overboard with small talk, and - most importantly - actually gave me the look i asked for and didn't cut too much. Pleasantly surprised.
