I agree with all the other 5-star reviews.

Windoze10 laptop had forced update overnight, seemed to have gotten stuck in a shutdown/restart mode that was actually a non-restart, which drained my battery. It seemed totally dead in the morning. (I had the computer for 5 years; had previous updates that worked OK; first time that happened.)

Brad said come in that afternoon (same day).

Fortunately, the restart -- that I couldn't get to happen at home -- worked in the shop. Battery was about 3%. While recharging, Brad did a health check (with me watching), plus gave me helpful recommendations on where to buy something new, and what to buy.

My laptop suddenly would not stay powered up even connected with the power cord.

I brought it in to Brad.

It looked like I might have to get another laptop with the possibility of cloning my old hard drive.

Within hours Brad called and said, after removing the bad battery, my laptop was able to boot up and work properly with the power cord.

I told him to go ahead to order and install a new battery. Within 3 days I had my laptop back.

His pricing was very fair.

I now consider Brad my go to guy for any computer issues.

I had a wonderful experience with Computer Troubleshooters. Brad was able to repair my laptop quickly while I was in the shop and didn't have to leave and come back. I 100% recommend!
